Insurance can be expensive if you are part time.
The worst thing is that there was only one offer for healthcare and the deductible was so high I had to pay for a full procedure which didn't help because they fired me on top of that.
Surprised that employee only pay period is less than $20 for full medical coverage and the deductible is $1500 per year. AND the company gives $750 to you in your health saving account every year to use toward your deductible. So my deductible is really just $750
Benefit package is ok. High deductible only plan offered which is cheap but not really good for those who see a doc on a regular basis. Time off was excellent and other benefits good as well.
Amount of PTO employees receive keeps on decreasing. Expensive insurance if you have a family. Management is not very flexible FMLA. If you have a baby, don't try to take any additional days off.....premature baby or childcare issues...cause you won't have a job
They had paid maternity leave - wish it was more but at least it was something!
The patients are great. Management is not so great
Company funds my HSA with $750.00 every year
Cheap benefits for one person. Average price for 2 or family. Good insurance. PTO is great. Benefits were the best I ever had!
Excellent benefits package for all areas.
