Best: Profit sharing/company stock grew at a steady pace. Last year or so became a little slow. Usually partners receive an annual Christmas Bonus (1/2 weeks pay for partners that have been with them for a year, pro-rated for less than, based on average weeks earnings). Christmas bonus also includes profit sharing based on earnings for the company. Vacation time for part-time and full-time employees. Vacation time can be difficult to work in if you work with a group of veteran employees, because of the number of weeks they can take. Par-time employees get some vacation and it's more than many offer. Takes 7 years to reach 3 weeks paid time-off. Full-time partners have 1 week after 1 year and 2 weeks after 2. I'd say it's typical of retail. Health, Dental, and Optical Insurance offered to both PT and FT partners. Different option/plans available for health. The optical plan is excellent.

The over all package was basically nonexistent for anyone who was not management. while they offered scholarship opportunities the actual application process was very hard to find and the requirements were not ones that students could normally meet

Would not allow you to add husband if he had access to insurance at his employer. Makes it where you can't have your whole family on the same policy.
