I was part-time so I had no benefits
Would not allow you to add husband if he had access to insurance at his employer. Makes it where you can't have your whole family on the same policy.
The best thing that I liked was the people, and the worst thing was the lack of payment
-401k matching is nice -Healthcare premiums are high -No Orthodontics coverage -Materity/paternity leave is lacking
Best: Blue cross and blue shield , multiple options to choose from for coverage, dental, vision, insurance are all available
Never got offered benefits like I was supposed too
Awesome insurance! If you are full time it is cheaper for you as a person. They offer medical, dental, and vision. All are cheap and come out of your check every week. 401K is nice as well. Vision covers both contacts and glasses. Dental is super cost effective. Vacation time and personal is much better as full time because it goes off of years of employment. Part time is only average hours.
The health benefits aren't worth having, 401K is nice but just like every other company, Stock Share is confusing, Maternity leave is a joke 60% of your weekly average hours paycheck
Employer could pay more towards premiums since they do not pay theri employees enough to even afford the benefits much less even afford the co pay that is so high. Benefits that you can not even afford to use. Why bother!
The benefit package for full time partners is a complete 360 plan, with self-serve opportunities for health and wellness as well as major medical, dental, vision, life, 401 K, personal security, accident all with tiered options.
