I wasn't there long enough to have very many vacation days, but they are very flexible and are willing to work with your schedule so that you can have time off when needed.

Company offers a great 401 package. Health insurance is very expensive and not worth it. Dental and vision are pretty good and very reasonable.

There are no benefits to working at brookshires besides the camp grounds that can be used by anyone. Also a payday being every week.

There are only good things. Great health coverage by Blue Cross and a great 401K program. I was impressed.

The benefits are great, and the vacation time makes it easy to work, and have a life out side the organization. The community impact that everyone participates in is excellent; weather it be community service, or donating to local food banks.

When I was working there the health insurance was great. It even covered vision which was very helpful to me.
