Good if full time employee
401k is decent match as long as you put in at least 5% yourself. PTO is a joke. 5 days EARNED and only after you have been there a year AND work 40 hours a week. Same for holidays - make sure to work 40 hours the week before the holiday, or you won't get paid for it. No matter how many hours you may have worked before then. And if your contract changes in the middle of the year, well, good luck then too; it's like a reset. Also, no PTO will be paid, even if earned, if your contract suddenly comes to an end through no fault of your own. Health insurance is pretty much as expected anymore. But eligibility is only after working for 2 months.
As a consultant, i didn't use their benefits
A lot company flexibility around PTO and sick days.
401k, pto, paid holidays, company social events, professional development
HSA style health plan - not the worst out there.
They offer nothing other than Insurance
Your basic expensive health, vision and dental, nothing else. 401K after a year, but most contracters will have converted by then and thus not eligible. No PTO.
Can't tell your running balance of your time used. Always have to ask how much time you have in your bucket.
You start with 2 weeks paid vacation. After you stay for 3 years you earn an extra week of vacation. 401K match.
