    Love the flexibility of having an HSA, but it also comes with a high deductible which can be tough if something major happens in your life.

    Can't tell your running balance of your time used. Always have to ask how much time you have in your bucket.

    You start with 2 weeks paid vacation. After you stay for 3 years you earn an extra week of vacation. 401K match.

    Nothing too out of the ordinary here. Just a very basic benefits package. The cool part is that all consultants and contractors of Brooksource receive access to the same benefits as the employees

    -401k only after a year (bad matching) -Health plans are pretty bad but most kids still use their parents -PTO is low as well

    Not good but not great. 401K, PTO, health dental vision insurance are all offered. No remote or work from home options. No “life management policy” such as go run your personal errands if you need to - you can, but you’ll feel guilty for being out.

    Benefits are a mixed bag. Pros: 401k matching is good. Management gets large investment bonuses. As an Account Executive, you spend thousands of dollars on expensed entertainment and food. You also use your own credit card so you get all of those points. Office parties galore Cons: Bad health plan. High deductible and many prescriptions not covered. Most of the internal employees in company still on their parents health plans because they are so young. Older employees have usually gotten in to manager roles or high earning commissioned roles by time they are 26 so they don't seem to mind the high costs. Not a lot of vacation and culture around vacation is usually that it's frowned upon in my experience. You take this job to make a lot of cash. Benefits are not great.
