Best thing is the match on 401k contribution. Worst is coverage from United health care and dental is poor. Done.

Everything is great! I wasn't aware of officer titles before negotiating salary/vacation, etc. I would've negotiated differently.

Plenty of volunteering opportunities. There is 401k, paid vacation and holidays, sick days, healthcare, work from home flexibility.

Ive had better heath plans at smaller firms. Its a little overpriced, but there are some ok benefits if you go to the doc often and reach your max out of pocket. Gym rebates and other perks help, but zero coverage for acupuncture or similar treatments are missing. Vacation time off is good though and has a flex program to work from home if needed.

Vacation time is generous however family medical insurance deductible seems high at $3,000.
