very friendly professors never had any issue giving time off when needed. health services is full service and comprehensive, many medicines are provided for free by the university

You can call in for coverage, but won't get compensate. Staff is understanding of need to miss work when sick.

Paid sick days that accumulate, so you don't have to worry about having to go to work sick

My work from home benefits compensated for this though there were no actual paid sick days incorporated into the intern offer or program. There were no paid sick days or paid holidays but this was not an issue for the duration of the internship.
