Health insurance is good. Vacation time off is good, if you are a non-hourly (exempt) employee. Salaries are not the greatest thing here. Work environment is good.

Benefits package was great. My wife had our baby and she had to go through a screening test for trisomy. It costs more than 5 thousand dollars and insurance covered that. Insurance even covered the breast pump and extra days we spent at the hospital.

Health insurance was amazing. Great coverage and I only paid $170 a month for myself and my husband. Two weeks vacation and two weeks sick time to start. Many employee appreciation and enrichment opportunities available.

You have benefits, but they don't expect you to take vacations. That's the reality of a postdoc

Excellent health care services. No retirement savings opportunities or other 'typical' parts of benefits packages. But more than enough to live in Providence for 5 years when you are in your 20's.
