good university and nice future
Certain benefits like health insurance and dental are a plus. Decreasing childcare options though are some of the cons
Health insurance is decent for graduate students - best used at Health Services, using it elsewhere had co-pays and was often not fully covered. Dental benefits were added after I started and were very helpful.
Really great health, dental and other benefits.
Great time-off compensation of two vacation days a month, and one sick day a month, not counting federal and state holidays.
Great benefits package for all employees.
There is none for adjuncts even though we teach the same number of classes - and often more students - than fully benefitted faculty.
Very good benefits package, even for part time employees. Health insurance, paid time off, and contribution to 403b.
one health plan is great, but the HSA plan is not so good.
Fantastic health insurance, option of alternate work schedule, summer hours, winter break, $250 if you participate in healthy living classes
