    Certain benefits like health insurance and dental are a plus. Decreasing childcare options though are some of the cons

    Health insurance is decent for graduate students - best used at Health Services, using it elsewhere had co-pays and was often not fully covered. Dental benefits were added after I started and were very helpful.

    There is none for adjuncts even though we teach the same number of classes - and often more students - than fully benefitted faculty.
