Brown does not call many snow days with the weather, but the administration is generally considerate of employment safety. As with many places, there is politics in hiring.

The best thing I've found about working as an Artemis Coordinator was the chance to make a difference in the lives of girls interested in computer science. The community at Brown, specifically within the CS department was well in tune with this goal and was very supportive.

There is no benefits package, so everything is the worst. But you're a student so it should be fine.
