The company Employee Stock Purchasing Plan is excellent. You are able to set aside up to 10% of your pay per year to purchase BRO stock at a 15% discount. The price is either the lower of the first or last day of the Purchasing period. This year, that adds up to over a 45% discount.
I expected better insurance rates considering it is an insurance company but other than that they have awesome Paid Time off policies, stock purchasing program, 401k match and many other perks which may vary by location.
