9/80 schedule. No flexibility to work from home or work in offices closer to home. Benefits are expensive. You get time off but don't get to use it without feeling guilty.
Pro: 9/80 schedule. Unlimited sick leave, continuing education. Con: co. only covers 60% of health insurance, don't really have a telecommute policy
The 401K vesting is annoying because they didn't tell me about it in the 100 pages of benefits explanation I got when I started.
