The best is the unlimited PTO and the worst is the maternity benefits
Unlimited PTO, within reason of course. Decent health benefits and 401k match.
Health insurance is fine.. Unlimited vacation sounds great and most managers allow you to take as much as you like (within reason) but it's a thinly veiled way for them to avoid carrying earned vacation days as a financial on their books.
Great benefits. Good PTO, perks, 401K, medical, Nice office environment. Good overall package.
Best Benefits: wellness benefits including yoga, nutritionist, challenges to take the stairs, unlimited PTO, and good work life balance.
The best thing about the insurance package is unlimited PTO and flexibility to change schedule or work from home as needed.
Just run of the mill.
