The Brunswick Rewards Plan
You are automatically enrolled in the Brunswick 401(k) plan upon hire. In addition to a company match of up to 4 percent of annual compensation, Brunswick is one of a small segment of U.S. firms that contributes more. Employees benefit from an additional company contribution to the Brunswick 401(k) plan of up to 9 percent annually, depending on Company performance.
Brunswick offers you and your family a choice of medical plan options. All options provide flexibility to use any provider of your choice. We also offer an optional Health Savings Plan, with a health savings account which can help you pay for eligible health expenses with your before-tax contributions. To aid you, Brunswick contributes $500 or $1,000 to your account, depending on the level of coverage you elect. Alternatively, flexible spending accounts allow you to set aside money to pay for certain health and dependent care expenses with before-tax dollars.
Brunswick provides several education programs to eligible employees, including leadership development programs and tuition reimbursement.
