Strong vacation , health, 401k, stock options, and flexible work schedule
Health, dental, and vision benefits were very good and reasonably priced. The defined benefit pension plan has been frozen.
work life balance is ok
Nice employer match on 401K contribution. Before they were bought by Xerox, they had an excellent pension plan, health benefit and vacation package. After 2014, things went south. The 401k match remains good, but the pension plan is now closed to new members and the health benefits are expensive.
comprehensive package that can support a large family adequately
no health option, company only offers one plan no alternative
Scarce benefits. Frozen pension plan. Mediocre 401k. Expensive health premiums. Flexibility in the workplace a big plus.
There are no company perks, but the health insurance is pretty good, the 401K is matched 100% at 5%, you get 19 days of vacation, and sick time is completely paid for (not eating at your vacation time, incredible).
5% 401(k) match, 3 weeks vacation plus 4 floating holidays, but only offer high deductible health plans to new hires.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
