Benefits are great when in management. If one isn’t a manager, the benefits aren’t as great and are not offered. However, the tuition reimbursement is a great tool that the company provides to employees, especially students working through college.

As a resturant job, you aren't going to receive a lot in the way of benefits. If there were any, I wasn't educated about them. You do get small little perks though the company though, like free things, food discounts, etc to show that they care.
