For a retail job the benefits are not too bad. They have a program called "Honey Days" for managers and it is great. You build up paid time off quicker than any other retail job I had and they are very flexible with taking "half honey days" on short notice. Depending on store performance bonuses are available. Dental/health/vision insurance isn't terrible but we ended up going with my partner's insurance plans because it was a lot better.
***** 5 Stars for benefits
Employer offers a compressed work week format (10 hour days) with every other Friday off. You are expected to be connected on your Friday off but it is an incredible perk that allows you so much more travel and leisure! Vacation and sick are lumped into one - start with 10 days, get 15 days after 5 years.
To a full time assistant the company gives about 4 to 5 honey days a year. Everyone and then more honey days are added. Honey days are paid days off that you can request in advance.
Solid benefits package for store management roles: medical, dental, vision, life, 401k. PTO for sick or vacation use. Paid Holidays.
Great bonus structure, PTO, Holiday, and health benefits
there are no medical benefits
Great employee discount & Healthcare was an option
Benefits are great for all employees
There were barely any benefits for part-time employees, the only perks where 30% percent off items in the store(bears, clothes, etc) and paid holidays.
