In addition to fully paid basic benefits (health, dental, life, etc) and the secondary benefits (snacks, etc), they also offer and provide a large amount of quality of life benefits. Employees can qualify to have their phone paid for by the company, for instance, and the company will also match charitable donations. Vacation time is generous (20 days minimum plus additional during winter plus company/federal). There are free gym memberships and parking/bus passes paid for. Green commuting (walking, biking, carpooling) provides bonuses. And a number of other such non-traditional benefits. Twice a year performance reviews also come with bonuses and the company may occasionally do profit sharing. While I haven't any high powered options like stocks and such, overall, the benefit package is quite generous.

Good basic health coverage for dependents and individuals, includes vision and dental. Base pay is pretty low however, and no performance bonus based incentives. Also they do not offer these basic benefits to contract employees, you have to be at least a project base employee to qualify for any benefits.
