“Full pay when off sick within certain limits ”
“Non existent at all 🤮”
“Minimal annual leave. 25 days holiday but this includes your 8 bank holidays within it”
Good benefits which are constantly under review
Bupa UK has been listening to its employees and improving its benefit package with enhanced maternity leave, free breakfasts a couple times a week and trialing free lunches.
Very well taken care of at Bupa
Good health insurance and virtual GP. Option to buy or sell holiday. No real long service award until 20 years and salary not great though
Do consultancy firms hire/contract people in their 60’s? My mother, who’s a television presenter for QVC shopping channel has around 25 YOE selling on live tv and was previously a consultant for Bupa. She’s pretty much sold every type of product (tech, healthcare, fashion etc.) and has always been a top presenter for understanding her customers requirements/pain points. What would be the best way forward? Thanks!
Low pay but hard work
Private health insurance package is great and comprehensive, great flexible working, good manager bonus programme. Other benefits could be better - e.g. gym discounts are poor, maternity pay not great.
