Offered, provide some match but you have to put in pretty high % to get the full match and it takes 5yrs to be vested in to get the match. This year the CEO even talked of potentially dropping the match completely.
Currently, they match 50% of what you contribute up to 6%. There is a 5 year vesting period though. Year 1 is 20% , Year 2 is 40%...Year 5 is 100%. Fidelity 401k managed.
Last year they matched 30% of contributions.
