paid training. with free meal for your shift
Mosly just watching videos and answering questions on an online program. Little physical training on what to do. Other than that, you just jump into doing whatever your position is.
It was an alright experience seeing as how I barely got any training but quickly caught onto what I was supposed to do.
The job training is the best. The trainer does all the work and you just watch. When it is time for you to cook a burger, you just get after it.
the train you good enough
What else above you guys are the best
it was rushed most of the time but its not hard to learn enough to get around the work place after the basics even tho sometimes the workers expect you to lean it faster because its fast food not slow
The videos provided what to do, then co workers help.
The training didn't take too long, only a few days, and I was trained directly from the manager, however it was a bit vague, you kinda just learn as you go.
The general manager trained me. He showed me how to work the register and my other duties.
