They did spend a few days training me. Although most of what I was taught is constantly changing to the whims of the manager currently working.
They did spend a few days working with me. Although most of the information I was trained on is constantly changed. Everyone has there own way of how things need to get done.
Nothing really bad about it the way they train there really good
They teach you any and all things needed to know in the first few days of employment
honestly nothing cuz i have been trianed before an its good to learn new things
Watch videos and be expected to remember all the specifics. Another employee trying to do their job will show you what to do. Some jobs will take weeks/months to know exactly how to do correctly, but you will be expected to learn\execute in days.
you get like zero training
very brief, kind of just throws you into the kitchen and other staff help you out along the way. the work was not difficult at all and was very easy to learn. watched a video on safely before entering the kitchen
They trained you with videos and then put you on training with more experience worker
I gave it a three because I really wasn't trained. I mostly cleaned and studied the computer my first day. My second day they put me in drive-thru to see how I handled pressure. I have seen other employees getting trained for like two or three days. I do my best to help train new employees correctly.
