You supposedly go through training videos and do multiple choice questions after each video, but good luck getting enough time to do them all per shift. I was unable to do them all due to the lack of spare time for it. You learn most of the gears of the system from your coworkers and trial and error.

it works. they offer it. you don't learn much as they don't give you much to work with if they actually train you. your coworkers are your trainers, and they've probably been there for 2 months.

There are videos for everything you need to do so training is pretty simple

The corporation has video training you have to complete and then you are trained in person if you wish or need to be.

For me they just threw me in there and you learn by experience and by your mistakes. They do have you watch 4 hours worth of training videos on your own time.

You watch videos after you've already started working
