If you are a good employee and work hard you will learn all the positions being in the front gives you people skills. and going up in management will give you even more training.

Mosly just watching videos and answering questions on an online program. Little physical training on what to do. Other than that, you just jump into doing whatever your position is.

The job training is the best. The trainer does all the work and you just watch. When it is time for you to cook a burger, you just get after it.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Orlando, Florida

The training didn't take too long, only a few days, and I was trained directly from the manager, however it was a bit vague, you kinda just learn as you go.
