The health package is great. Medial, dental and vision are available through an HMO and are all affordable. There are perks for employees like wellness massages and/or facials.
Health insurance is expensive but thanks to San Francisco because they have an MRA, medical reimbursement account. They give a paid vacation after your second year, it's one day per the amount of shifts you work in a week. So if you work three days, you get three days off. Time off is difficult because they're is constant turn over and they are usually understaffed Accrued Paid sick days
