“Was the best package I've found up until last few years- changes have been made in the past year to both health and education that has decreased benefits.”
Good Benefits. Medical, Dental, 401K Match, ESOP
ESOP is great. 401k is not bad. PTO is competitive
A little expensive insurance, but great work life balance.
Been there for 125 years. 100% employee own. Up until last year, the heath care was better than even employees get working at Blue Cross/Blue Shields. A number of changes have been made, but it is still a great package.
Company promotes the value of ESOP. But they also make you work long hours for ESOP as well. Other benefits are mediocre at best.
The ESOP is amazing and everything else is pretty great that I have experienced so far. PTO could maybe be better. My main gripe is that if you aren't a birthing mother you only get 1 week of parental leave. Fathers and adopting parents aren't expected to parent I guess. Even the maternity leave is pretty clearly below average for our industry. The extra week for all parents is new though so hopefully it keeps heading in the right direction.
Comprehensive and competitive benefit package offered
Comprehensive and competitive benefits offered.
ESOP is good as long as you stay long enough
Overall pretty solid benefits. Fairly standard now a days.
