“Great matching percentage. Has a great overall compensation to go with 401k benefit. Plenty of options on investing packages.”

“The Holidays were above average for the area. The PTO program is comparable for the industry. However, it was difficult to get away to use it.”

It is hard to beat the benefits and 401k plan. Also being an employee-owner after two years gives great benefits.

The health insurance had rather large deductibles. The Dental insurance was good for $1000 per year and a small amount of work would exhaust it nearly every year.

The PTO time is the equivalent of 3 weeks a year which is great for those just starting with the company. Unfortunately, vacation time is accrued throughout the year. Just starting out in the company you receive 4.6 hours of PTO every two weeks. It can take some time accruing enough to take a weeks vacation. There are no cons with the health insurance. It is excellent coverage for a reasonable price. The year end performance bonus is not all it is cracked up to be. There is some mathematical formula to decide your base bonus. If you worked overtime throughout the year that actually hurts you because they count that as "bonus money". The companies salaries are lower than they should be because of the "bonus" program. Part of you weekly salary is held back and paid out at bonus time. Not sure how that is truly a bonus.

Good benefits, but dental is a little limited/higher priced than other places. ESOP is great especially when vested. They are working to get more on site services, to allow people to be at work more.

Benefits are great. Alternate programs dependent upon your needs. Long-term disability is available. Discount available yearly for insurance premiums by participating in the health programs that are provided for the credit.

ESOP is great if you are here long enough.

The best thing about the benefits package at BMCD is the ESOP plan. The company is 100% employee-owned so the employees share in the profits.

No benefits for contractors as I was hired thru recruiting agency

The benefits aren't offered through Burns & Mac as I am only a contract employee. BMcD's benefits package better than most companies (from what I have learned from other BMcD employees)
