    The Holidays were above average for the area. The PTO program is comparable for the industry. However, it was difficult to get away to use it.

    Offered decent PTO. Not as great as oil & gas industry. However, the expectation is to work 90-100+ hours every two weeks which made it difficult to actually take a day off. And suffered greatly when you did due to guilt trips, shaming, and the multitude of work that was waiting for you upon return.

    Starting you receive 120 hours of Paid Time Off. This accounts for both your sick leave, and vacation time. After 5 years you receive 8 hours per year until year 15. By that time you then have 200 hours of PTO. You are allowed to carry over 120 hours of PTO each year into the following year. If you are so busy that you could not take PTO they will offer to buy it back from you.
