Comprehensive benefits program and available add-ons.
PTO, paid holidays, sick hours, 401k insurance
Good healthcare options. Need to be at company for 3 years to get more than 2 weeks vacation.
It is actually very disappointing. The company doesn't contribute to your medical coverage and you end up paying aprox. $500 a month for your spouse and yourself. For 401K, they only match 5%, disappointing as well.
healthcare benefits were better than industry average
Great vacation benefits and 401k benefits
Vacation time expires at the end of the year, this is bad because you could lose vacation time, good because you have an incentive to take vacation time.
Best: many options / Worst: medical is expensive
