It's not the best in the industry, but it does exist. Baby steps.
There is no family leave, there is only 6 weeks of disability for a delivering mother. You can use your vacation, or take time off without pay...because you don't need income with a new baby. Dads are welcome to use their vacation. They are not helpful with pumping either - which considering the emphasis on billing, you think they'd make this part easy. I'd really look elsewhere if you want to have kids in the near future. Or be a jr staff or have older kids. Don't give birth and work here.
non-existent for new dads, and poor for moms. Can't imagine what it would be for gay families, but can't be good.
