Vacation was generous and I was not bothered on vacation
it's negotiable -- when you are negotiating, try to get 5 weeks if they won't move on salary... think of it like you're negotiating your severance (because there's no chance you'll actually get to use 5 weeks of vacation)
Program is good overall, year-on-year roll-over is not guaranteed; no pay-out if not used.
Compared to other agencies, Burson's policies were not great. They are a bit old school in this area.
