“Pretty good insurance considering the company it’s through can be a pain. ”
Burton really goes above and beyond to offer their employees a complete package of benefits. Flex Fridays during the summer, a great discount in gear, and so much more!
Top-notch benefits package with a lot of flexibility on configuration. Includes high-risk insurance options not often provided by employers, to cover potential snowboarding accidents or injuries, amongst other things. The only downside is that each employee must navigate on their own multiple platforms for understanding and configuring their own benefits to their best advantage in a way that fits their needs — although questions are usually promptly answered on a case-by-case basis, there could be a more comprehensive corporate overview & support for this.
Good insurance - 401k with match, childcare reimbursement, health reimbursement (for gym membership)…
Fair and competitive benefits package
Good company perks like product discounts and seasons pass. Decent health care and vacation time. I liked that vacation and sick days were lumped together so you could use them how every you wanted.
Health Insurance, 401 K, PTO
Great benefit options - fitness reimbursement, season pass, child care reimbursement, dog friendly office, 401K match, flexible scheduling, PTO, volunteer hours, etc
The season pass deal is a nice perk, and the employee discount is another benefit.
Burton offered decent health benefits.
Best part of Burton was the benefits. Really great options and 401k matching.
