A great number of options for selecting a benefits package.

Overall really great benefits compared to other companies. A variety of health insurance options (medical/dental/vision), really generous paid parental leave, stock options, free lunch 2x a week.

unknown if the stock options will ever be worth anything or if you wasted money buying them, so be careful negotiating comp.

Not very generous package, lower than peer companies in the industry.

Free snacks and lunches with a relaxed atmosphere. Everything else from top down is not worth working there, unless your goal is to start your career. Only talent gets taken care of and they do not support the teams that are doing the most work.

Best: Family leave! Worst: Low 401k matching

Overall, I thought the benefits were really good here. Some things to note was that the health insurance was good and included mental health benefits. It was part of the culture to look out for employees' mental health. This might have changed, but I think new employees should start off with more than 2 weeks in their first year of hire. There is a 401K with matching which is great.
