Health insurance rates (paycheck deductions) through BCBS of MA were 2x higher than other companies I had worked for. No 401k until 90 days in. Only 2 weeks vaca unless negotiated.
I have been on the benefits for a while and besides the deductibles that we need to pay on any plan, this has been a solid plan. All of my doctors accept it.
I'm happy with the level of coverage I get here. I have life insurance, health insurance, a matched 401k, and other perks.
Pretty good coverage. Had a deductible that was large on my last doctor visit, but overall a good plan.
The best part of the benefits package is separate sick and vacation days, as well as WFH days. The worst part is the 401k and health.
