Provided sporadically and only really if a major change is made in the online tools they provide in-house. There's a regular blog that's kept up that's interesting to read. They offer "free training" for the customs brokerage exam, but it's really their Director of Security who happened to start out as a Licensed Customs Broker, reading from the Tariff Schedules, so it gets pretty monotonous and not very engaging. If you participate, you're probably better off just reading the regs on your own. It is helpful for identifying which parts are useful to study when as you lead up to the exam. He also has it set up so that you can ask him questions directly and he has tons of experience, so that's the best reason to participate. They safe guard themselves by saying: "Take the exam and if you pass, we'll reimburse you for the exam fee," which can indeed be fairly steep. Also, the reg book itself costs over 300 dollars, which you'll need to buy because the exam is open book, but they don't allow e-readers.
