The company has a decent 401K match, and you are eligible for 16 days of PTO after 90 days. They are reasonably flexible with how you choose to use those days. Cons: currently, working from home is not widely available for Operational employees.
The benefit plan is very good. Better than many company’s. One of the primary reasons I enjoy working for this company.
Solid medical benefits. Dental is decent (2 cleanings a year and x-rays).
Don’t have anything to say good or bad.
Very affordable, decent coverage, wellness program offered for employees with a BMI above the "healthy" range. Wellness program probably most unique benefit, $160 worth of resources and products specifically to help employees pursue a healthy lifestyle. Employee assistance program available, as well as PerkSpot discounts (I hadn't ever heard of anyone using them, largely useless or not applicable to people making what CHR pays the majority of its employees).
401k match, employee stock purchase program is great. you get stock at a 15% discount. medical, dental and vision health care all top notch
Good benefits overall. Good dental, vision. Seems to be a high deductible before they cover 80% of medical bills and doctor visits.
3 weeks vacation at 1 year and prorated before that.
Full benefits medical, dental, vision. 401K plus a match. Employee stock purchase. Decent PTO
Pros: Flexible work (depending on department). Decent PTO for experienced hires. Cons: Does not provide parental leave benefit (has a small maternity benefit run through STD) Does not have an on-site gym / health resources.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
