Full benefits medical, dental, vision. 401K plus a match. Employee stock purchase. Decent PTO
3 weeks vacation at 1 year and prorated before that.
401k match is 4%. PTO is 16 days until you hit 5 years of full time employment. They charge $50 a month extra for health insurance if your spouse can get it from their employer but choose not to. Life insurance equal to your salary is free so that’s nice. Profit sharing doesn’t start until you have worked there a certain number of years and this past year there was no profit sharing because the company didn’t do well. Most teams allow some as needed work from home, although that has dwindled significantly in the time I’ve worked there. Overall, other companies will give you better benefits so don’t let HR convince you that ours are great. If you need paid maternity leave they do offer 5 weeks paid for normal birth at full pay. There is no paid paternity leave.
They have a great benefits package all around.
Overall, it's fantastic! The only thing we don't really have is profit sharing.
401K matching, good health insurance, stocks and profit sharing
Deductible went up to 500
4% 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase, Solid health insurance as well. No HSA and deductible could be better, but solid. More Perks in NAST, IT, and Corporate than other parts of the company (party budgets, discretionary, etc.). PTO depends on company tenure, not industry experience
have all i need. good benefits
The best thing is that they do a4% 401k match with no vested period ( you are vested the moment you start saving into your 401k)
