C.H. Robinson Worldwide grants paid time off for holidays and vacation.
Paid Time Off (PTO), vacation, Sick Days, Bereavement, etc. are all the same thing: Paid Time Off. It accrues and the cap increases for each year you work for a maximum of 3 or 4 weeks.
16 days of PTO for first five years of working there. None of that time carries over. They do not let you negotiate higher amounts.
Great stuff with this company
If you've been in your field for 5+ years, you get 21 days (3 weeks 1 day) of PTO per year.
PTO is great two weeks right off the bat.
One bank of time off for sick and vacation leave. Starts with 2 1/2 weeks, 5 years experience is 3 1/2 weeks, 15+ years experience 4 weeks
only about 2 weeks. sick day also took off from PTOs
Good time off, but hard to use with limited people to cover work when on vacation.
I did not like the way they made you use your PTO and vacation time- at least in the department I was in.
Average amount of PTO. 128 hours, and IT gets another 5 days with more than 5 years experience. No other advancement in PTO after that.
