Sick time and vacation is all rolled into one...so if you don't get sick, you get more vacation. Starts at three weeks total.

Industry standard PTO but very hard to use due to account maintenance/daily shipments

Lumps all PTO together, people come into work sick as a dog and spread it around like it was going out of style. Managers will not send sick employees home.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Buyer in Atlanta, Georgia

I'm sure each office has their own PTO plan/rules. Overall it's a good amount of days off and appointment scheduling. If you get sick or have kids, it gets used up quickly.

Start with two week vacation and have to work full time for 5+ years to get any more days.
