    The Benefits package is great. The company pays a large portion to keep employee cost down. Health coverage for my family has been outstanding. I could not be happier with the benefits with C&A.

    Above average benefits package, attractive 401(k) match, different health plan choices. Nice pop up perks like catered meals, ice cream and things like that which is tough to come by in a company that is 500+.

    The insurance is very expensive and the retirement is not very good. They do not put in very much on retirement.

    As an intern, I have chosen not to have the benefits package. They do offer health care, vision care, dental care, 401k, and other benefits. Great benefits!

    As an intern, there are no added benefits / additional compensation / bonuses but you can get paid holidays

    The leaders began reducing total income potential for top earners in favor of benefits that may or may not have added value. It was an advantage to new hires and low/average producers and a disadvantage to high producers.
