Their 401k is on par with the industry they offer matched up to 6% Health insurance is not great but the price you pay is low
There is a 401K that I think is normal (or maybe below average). There are 9 PTOs that you can use at your discretion. The health insurance is just average and use to be less expensive.
Health insurance cost was lower then most places I've worked. 401k was available and could match up to 5%. Pretty average for benefits.
Very few paid holidays, takes too long (10 years) to earn 3 weeks vacation, medical and dental benefits are very costly and not easy to understand.
Best Benefit is 401K in my opinion. They offer matching. Worst Benefit for me would be Medical, Dental, and Vision.
Company keeps changing provider every years. local health network (cheapest plan) is pretty limited.
401K package is very goos
Best is co-pay is so low. All around awesome benefits.
Benefits automatically come with $20,000 of life insurance, with option to add more.
The benefits are pretty mediocre. Nothing remarkable. The one thing I like about them is that they're unbuckled. You don't have to be stuck with a particular vision or dental based on the medical you choose. 401K is pretty standard. There are other benefits available but nothing special.
