Average benefits - nothing that stands out in the market.
You have to apply annually. Insurance doesn't roll over. And to get best coverage you have to pay an extreme premium
It is a physical job. You are putting wear and tear on your body and they can't even offer a decent enough benefits package that you can afford to go to the doctor. They don't pay you well enough to go to the doctor, even with the best package they offer. The deductibles and whatnot are outrageous.
You get vacation and pto/ non pto days. They have 401k and health benefits
High deductibles - It's like not having insurance.
PTO, benefits are good for the area.
Great Company to work for. Make $
There are no perks. 2 years ago the Company stopped their 401K contribution for all employees making less than $600,000.00 yearly. This year the contribution started back again at a reduced rate.
Compensation was fair. Benefits were good. Not worth the stressful environment though.
Only worst thing is that they want cheap labor and no quality. They can keep you if you want to work for cheap money.
