The benefits are okay. Paid time off is not available to hourly employees until after a year of employment, and are given right away to salaried employees.
You have to apply annually. Insurance doesn't roll over. And to get best coverage you have to pay an extreme premium
It is a physical job. You are putting wear and tear on your body and they can't even offer a decent enough benefits package that you can afford to go to the doctor. They don't pay you well enough to go to the doctor, even with the best package they offer. The deductibles and whatnot are outrageous.
You get vacation and pto/ non pto days. They have 401k and health benefits
