Health insurance, 401k and annual leave are all offered to the few full time positions. Most tutors and other staff are part time and don’t qualify.
There were no benefits provided - no health insurance, 401k, PTO. I believe I was told that even if the position turned into a FT position, there would be none-very minimum benefits.
Benefits are basic - only after you work 90 days do you get healthcare. There are NO other benefits. NO holidays, not even National Holidays and you are discouraged from taking vacation time.
