Health insurance, 401k and annual leave are all offered to the few full time positions. Most tutors and other staff are part time and don’t qualify.
There were no benefits provided - no health insurance, 401k, PTO. I believe I was told that even if the position turned into a FT position, there would be none-very minimum benefits.
No benefits for part time workers.
Benefits are basic - only after you work 90 days do you get healthcare. There are NO other benefits. NO holidays, not even National Holidays and you are discouraged from taking vacation time.
C2 is a part-time job that will take advantage of as much of your time as is convenient for them. There are and never shall be benefits for tutors, because any individual tutor is only a replaceable cog.
C2's benefits are fairly generous by contemporary standards - Health Care including Vision and Dental. Ability to purchase legal services, pet insurance, short term/long term disability, and life insurance through the benefits portal at full time level. Full time employees also receive a 401(k) plan, vacation, sick time and personal days.
