It includes dental and health insurance - but I did not look too much into it because I was only part time.
For tutors, there are no benefits at all. Tutors are all part-time contract jobs, and we cannot work more than 40 hours per week. There are no paid-vacations or insurance.
First things first, it was a wonderful place to work, but that can all change depending on the center director running the day to day operations. As a former tutor at the education center it was very difficult to not work two jobs and work "full time" at the center. I say "full time" since you only have the option to tutor students at the time slots offered by the center.
There is none, despite the job ads which promise benefits and the potential to become full time. It makes it hard to make a career.

Tutors do not have a benefits package because they are part-time employees.
It mainly does not exist. The maximum number of hours a tutor can work there is 32, but the hours are inconsistent and you have to work there for years to be considered for a full-time position.
The benefits package at C2 Education for PT workers is non-existent.
This job does not provide any benefits. There is room to move up however, to a more management role in the company.
They don't have much of a benefit package. When I was sick, I didn't avail of any benefits. I just stayed home and lost pay.
