The trainers are employees who have only been employed for 6 months or less, some are very unprofessional and shouldn't work with people period.
Training is not comprehensive or complete, nor does it take into account differing learning styles.
It depends on the job some have pretty extensive training while other just throw you into it
Job Training at the same hourly wage as production, so they don't try to rip you off with a lower pay rate in your first few months.
I can only speak for my training. I think my trainer was very knowledgeable and was always willing to help you in any way and answer any questions that I had!
They train you half fast and then they write you up for not performing well.
