You get free life insurance. Can't apply for health benefits until about 6 weeks of working there, but they don't kick in until the e months. No sick time or personal time until 6 months. Certain holidays off and paid after 6 months .No PTO until 1 year.
Only accrued Paid time off is used to cover any leave from work like sick time, vacation time or anything else. If you don't have PTO yet you are screwed
