Benefits are very expensive, pay is low but livable if you have no kids or partner. Environment is great and coworkers are cool. Supervisors are mostly good and management/HR is extremely good about working with employees.
Doesn't cover anything and it's too expensive
The benefits are just as you would expect for working at this company theyre not wonderful but they do have programs to try to help you.
I was hired as a seasonal employee, however, if they would have kept me on, the time I spent as a temporary would have sufficed as the trial period and benefits would have begun immediately. I signed a contract with the company to stay on and at the end of the first day, they pulled the plug on the whole project and laid off about 75 people.
Easy to enroll is the best, the agent insurance is near worthless
Dependent upon the type of employee you are the time off allowed is different and/or is dependent upon when you started with the organization. Their benefits aren't the best thing about the company, it's the people that work there.
They had programs that would help you like bus passes, the medical sounded outrageous though
Vacation time, sick time, personal time, are great benefits
The Health Insurance is incredibly expensive, and has incredibly high deductibles. You basically don't have insurance, because unless you have some serious health care expenses you will never meet your deductible.
They look like a lot, but the insurance isn't useful or practical.
