I would say they have benefits but that is it. Benefits package is not good at all.
The benefits are standard by corporate means these days. C3i does contribute however, the contribution has decreased or remained consisted year over year.

The overall benefits package is very good. I had no issues with what was offered as far as benefits.
Every year they increase prices and take away more benefits. Before Telerx came along, C3i has a lot more respect for their low level employees. Telerx treats low level employees as disposable dirtbags.
Very expensive considering what we are paid. Better for most to not obtain unless you’re management. Forget about disability. The vision plan is a rip off, can actually save money by paying for eye care without the plan.
Healthcare keeps getting worse. Cost sharing is now 70% co-insurance with high deductible.
