Very fair PTO program, good number of vacation days
While you get a lot of potential days off, it is considered PTO so if you have a family make sure you have other options for care if someone is sick as taking sick days is not an option.

Paid time off will still accumulate attendance points
The "flexible PTO" program has no HR oversight until requested by management; so if a manager decides to deduct days from your balance (which has been known to happen), HR will default to their records, not yours.
