Very liberal vacation policy (which varies by manager) but for the most part is one of the best PTO programs I've seen.
most job titles do not accrue vacation. amount of time off is when you and your mamabger agree.
Not a great work life balance
Typical for most large employers (no set vacation, but around 17 days)
Flexible work time is the policy.
No tracking of vacation, take what you want, per manager approval. PTO and sick time are loosely tracked.
Technically unlimited vacation offered and allowed. Just requires manager approval. But generally everyone seems to work through their vacations too.
Paid time off was very good and much with an agreement between you and your manager. The longer you are with the company the more time off is allowed.
Vacation and paid time off is great. You also get time off for other reasons as well.
Self managed vacation time puts the responsibility/empowerment with staff and manager
