You pay for all of it, and it is expensive to me. Seems best for those with lots of care on the horizon.

Out of pocket costs are ridiculous. The 1500 dollar deductible is too high so you end up paying high copayments

The worst thing about CACI's health insurance is its cost. They don't pay the increase to the health & welfare benefit on time as mandated in the M4 contract with the federal government.

The best thing about the health insurance at CACI is the number of options. You can get anything from a supplementary plan to a full scale health plan. You can easily switch at anytime.

I do not enroll in it so cannot comment properly but it is good.

They pay a decent portion of the health insurance premiums.

UHC's expansive network. They provide incentives based upon the level of the plan you select.

Before 2011, The health insurance that was offered was top notch and everything was paid for after a very minimal copay. Since that time, the plans have changed and copays were changed to a deductible plan which then made health care very unaffordable

A $1500 deductable on the gold package is too high. I went 25 years with no deductable and the ACA has spread the costs to consumers.
