CACI has many different companies within the companies, however, that have different benefits because they don't novate their contracts when they do M&As (this also causes issues when switching between projects, by the way. This means that you could have to crossover your clearance like you're joining a whole new company. I've seen people be rejected and lose their clearances and their jobs entirely for this reason). - 10 holidays (4 are floating holidays; you can use them in any increment of 0.5 hrs) - Accumulate 5 sick days a year; they rollover from year to year - CACI calendar is July 1 - June 30.
Vacation time is the same as sick days
Very well done about across the board with most other companies the federal calendar 4 off days is 2 floating holidays for six months. So that's for floating holidays annually there is the option to accrue hours and have them be bought back from you with cash and there is a donation program for employees that needed and employees at want to donate it for tax benefits as well it's available to both full-time and part-time employees in most circumstances.

We had flexible holidays, and 3 weeks paid vacation a year.
Time off can roll over and be paid out
You accrue sick leave and vacation every pay period. You don't get paid out sick leave so use that first.
