“The monthly costs of insurance ”
“Company match up to 4 per cent. ”
“They say you get a discount... who knows every time you will get a different and higher price. ”
Excellent benefit package, reasonable costs for health insurance coverage. 401K is available immediately to full time employees. PTO is about average, accrues quickly.
The PTO adds up quickly
Benefits do not kick in until 60 days after the 1st month of employment and the benefits are aimed at using their facilities to save the most money on healthcare.
About average. Cost is high coverage is moderate.
Health, life, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance, paid time off, purchased time off, prescription benefits, reduced cost meals.
You automatically accrue PTO every pay period. Even if their employee health Doctor puts you off work for a contagious condition and you have not worked at least half of your shift you still get wrote up. I was seen by the employee health Dr and sent home with shingles and was wrote up.
The best is your 401k , worst is they take to much out of your check
Health insurance plan for family was reasonably priced when I left there in 2013. It's direct withdrawal, so you never see it on your check. The 401K was matched at up to 6%, which was really good, and the paid time off package was nice
Employee outpatient pharmacy is very convenient. Prices are good, staff helpful, and they deliver to all divisions.
I was a contract Registered Nurse so my benefits were very limited. I took a higher rate of pay to compensate for no benefits. It was what I expected when I was applying for the job.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
